Earnshaw Engineering are experienced in the manufacture of perforated metal products. Stock tooling include perforation patterns 1522, 1820 & 2516 for in-house punching and many more tooling configurations.

Perforated metal has a wide variation of uses from sound insulation and noise reduction to air-conditioning and filtration.

Hexagonal and square patterns can assist airflow and slotted patterns are aesthetically pleasing for an architectural panel or bulkhead. Any shape can be produced to give an ornamental appearance for screening or architectural design.
