External Cladding

Earnshaw Engineering have been the leading manufacturer of rain-screen cladding components for over 16 years. Supplied directly to installers and fit-out customers our workshop produces critical building envelope materials to suit any architectural design.

Our high quality and specialist machinery enables our External Cladding manufacturing processes to form the unique product range so critical to extending the life of a building. The Cladding manufacturing process is subject to stringent quality control systems, in accordance with ISO 9001.

External Cladding Products are supplied from high grade aluminium and finished in polyester powder-coating. A huge range of over 250 RAL colours and special effect metallic coatings can be applied. Various options of finish including matt (satin), semi-gloss and full gloss are available from the complete colour range.

• Window pods are supplied as a welded module or in kit form comprising of head, cill and jamb sections for site assembly
• Parapet copings and capping – supplied with hold down brackets in aluminium, galvanised steel or stainless steel
• Soffit and bulkhead panel
• Perforated vent profile

• Top-hat and zed support sections
• Helping hand brackets – manufactured to any size and quantity to suit your projection. 1 – 2 day turnaround is available for this product (6082T6 structural aluminium)
